Student life at VCS is filled with academic pursuits and challenges as well as fun activities the student council leads us in monthly. When the new school year begins we waste no time in organizing a team of students who will help to make our year exciting and fun. Nominations begin as soon as we arrive back at school. Voting takes place the second week and our first activity is our Welcome Back Camp for Junior at Miquelon Lake. The day is filled with team-building activities to create strong support systems for the students and new students can start to feel at home. Throughout the year each month we have a theme we build our activity around; Christmas, Easter, Valentine`s Day, Awards, and Fun in The Sun to wrap up our year.
